You have time for……… what you MAKE TIME FOR!!!
Today I got all three kids out the door to drop off 2 at school, came home and fed the baby, went to the gym and had a killer workout, came home and fed the baby, showered, fixed my hair and put on makeup, did some laundry, ate a quick on plan lunch with my prepped steak, and was ready by 12 to meet with a new friend for pedicures.
Am I saying this for you to think she’s got it all together…..ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! In fact I usually choose not to do much outside of the house (other than the gym and groceries) or shower….haha.
Things I did to make this happen without feeling like I can’t keep up…
-I prep everything I can think of the night before, for myself and the kids (and hubby).
-I get to the gym with my workout in hand. already written, no wasted time thinking of what to do.
-Lunch is a must before leaving and avoiding temptations….my husband and I prepped some meat over the weekend so I just had to add it to the stir fry.
-AND DO YOUR HAIR AND MAKEUP AT THE SAME TIME…..haha…I learned to multitask that after kid #1!!
Today was a treat and not something I would venture to do often.
My reason for sharing is that we are all busy, we all have things we want and need to do, but if you don’t make exercise and good nutrition choices one of them not having time will always be your excuse.
Make time, you are worth it!!
