Growing up a soccer player and playing as a D1 collegiate athlete my ambitions were to train high performance athletes and put my Exercise Science degree to work. After gaining a lot of weight with my first two pregnancies (55 pounds twice) and feeling very uncomfortable in my own skin I found a new purpose for my career passions, to train and coach anyone looking to feel confident and strong!
I decided to compete in my first figure show in 2011 and continued to expand my knowledge of what health and fitness meant as a busy mom. After a successful few years competing, sharpening my mindset toward the sport and body image, my husband and I decided to add another member to the family. I started my social media presence during my third pregnancy and maintained my passion for training for the first time as an expecting mom. I openly shared my transformation from super fit mom to maternal bliss, weight gain and all. As I’ve worked to get my muscle back and re-claim my figure competitor status I’ve done so with a commitment to balance, patience, and progress.
My purpose now is to empower women, especially moms!! I want you to find your forever fit, fall in love with being strong, and feel like an athlete equipped to play the sport of life ALL OUT! Whether you have weight to lose, need help training during pregnancy, or seeking body composition change, I’ve done them all and am here to help you do the same!
